one
The invention relates to devices for adjusting the angle of inclination of automobile headlights, in particular a semi-automatic adjustment system in which the adjustment of the angle of inclination of the headlights is achieved by means of gear motors.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of adjustment and ease of operation.
FIG. 1 shows the connection of the headlamp with a gear motor, a slit; in fig. 2 is a schematic representation of the coupling elements of the gear motor J in FIG. 3 - functional device diagram; in fig. 4 shows schematic diagrams of a polarity inverter and a clock generator and their connection with each other and with a power source; FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a polarity inverter; FIG. 6 shows time diagrams of voltages at the outputs of the elements of circuit 1 in FIG. 3
The automobile headlight 1 (Fig. 1) is mounted on a movable support 2 rotating about a horizontal axis fixed to the base 3 (body). At a point located outside this axis of rotation, the support 2 has a groove with a thread that can be made directly on the support or made with the help of a nut 4 fixed to the support 2. The nut 4 includes a nozzle 5 with a thread 6 of the reducer engine 7, which includes the engine 8 (Fig. 2), which drives the fixed stop disk 9 by means of a gear unit 10. The disk 9 has a conductive section 11 and an interrupter 12 of this section. This design allows the engine to be interrupted after a certain number of revolutions.
The second block of gears 13 causes the rotation of the shaft 6 of the gear motor. When the engine rotates, the nut 4 moves longitudinally along the nozzle 5 with the thread of the shaft 6, causing the support 2 to rotate.
Thanks to the reduced gear ratio, the gear motor ensures precise adjustment of the headlights.
A gear motor with an engine 8 and a disc 9 for power interruption is of the type with

two directions of rotation and two drives. Gear motors are connected in parallel to the outputs A and B of the inverter 14 polarity (Fig. 3), 5 inputs C and D of which are connected respectively to the positive battery bus of the 8th battery and to the mass of the car.
Inverter 14, which is designed as a to-switch with two positions (FIG. 4), allows, depending on the switching state, to turn the motors 7 in one direction or another to control how the lift
MOM, and lowering the headlights. A low-frequency clock generator 15 is also included in the motor control circuit, supplying square-wave signals at specified intervals, and the generator 15 is connected to the output A of the inverter 14 so as to take polarity into account. The generator 15 has two outputs (positive and negative), and only one of them operates depending on the state of the inverter 14.
The positive output of the generator 15 is connected to the same terminals of the engines 8 via the diodes 16 and 17 connected in the forward direction, and the negative output of the generator 15 is connected to the same outputs of the engines 8 through the diodes 18 and 19 connected in the opposite direction to the first.
Switch 2.0 is used to control the nycicoM and stop the generator 15,
The generator 15 (FIG. 4) consists of two transistors 21 and 22, which, together with resistors 23-28 and capacitors 29 and 30, are an asymmetrical self-excitation multivibrator capable of producing square-shaped signals at point D (diagram E in FIG. 6). In addition, the generator 15 has a pp-transistor 31, the base of which is connected to the point D, which is the output of the multivibrator, through a resistor 32, the emitter is connected to the positive terminal of the battery through the switch 20, and the collector to the ground through a switch 33. . The collector signals of the transistor 31 are removed in a rectangular shape (diagram G in FIG. 6) in addition to the signals from the output of the multivibrator. To the collectors of transistors 22 and 31 through the resistors 34 and 35, respectively, but connected to the bases pnp-transis

The torus 36 and the npn transistor 37, the emitters of which are combined and connected to the output A of the inverter 14, and their collectors are the positive and negative outputs of the generator 15, respectively.
If output A is connected to the input B of the inverter, transistor 37 will be locked and transistor 36 will produce a signal (diagram 3 in Fig. 6), but if output A of inverter 14 is connected to input G, then there will be signals only at the output of transistor 37 (diagram And in Fig. 6).
The polarity inverter 14 can also be a special combined device (Fig. 5) containing a printed circuit with five tracks 38 - 42, switched by means of conducting plates 43 and 44, rigidly connected when rotating around. points 0. Four possible states are represented by dash-dotted lines. Such a device is installed on the dashboard and the driver can

manually adjust the headlamp inclination.
It is necessary that the period of time separating the two signals supplied by the generator 15 be greater than the period of time required for one turn of the disk 9 of each gear motor. Thus, it is ensured that each motor performs the same number of revolutions at each signal. The minimum width on the conductive area of the disk 9 is determined by the number of revolutions made by the engine as soon as its power is turned off so that the engine cannot be energized again until it stops completely as a result of the arrival of the corresponding terminal of the disk on the conductive area.
20 Thus, when the engine stops, it is possible to start its rotation with the help of a rectangular signal supplied by the generator 15, and the power to the new stop is replaced through the conductive area of the disk rotating with the engine.
